Rose Glass Jug

This Glass Jug is in Fair condition as it has two small chips on the lip of the Jug. It was left to me by my Grandmother.

Your pitcher is actually a color called cranberry, with an applied clear handle. It might have been used for water.

I am hesitant to say, it is hard to tell from a picture. Many companies are reproducing glass that looks old. If you look online under cranberry glass pitchers you will see all kinds. The new pieces can go for the same price as the old. Try to find your exact piece, also look at it closly. Does it have any sign of wear on the bottom? Or any hint of wear on the glass from cleaning over the years? Good luck, I will try to find it also.

Thank you for your comment it is greatly appreciated. I do know the Jug is Old as I am 58 and as a little boy I remember it in my grandmothers house. I will Google as suggested. Thank you once again.
