Description Black and gold rocking chair with fruit stenciled on the back. Age is unknown. There was some fading on the arm rests, but I touched them up with black semi-gloss, and it looks perfect.

Based on the images this is a 20th century reproduction. The Original Hitchcock company reopened after World War Two and remained in production until just a couple of years ago. Other copies were produce both in the USA and Asia during the 1980's in huge numbers. Most sell for under $100.00.
