It's what's called a "Napoleons Hat" clock, after it's shape looking like Napoleon's favorite head gear. Most like this date from the 1930's+, in "as is" condition sell for about $30.00 at auction.

Clock does work, chimes once on the half hour,and chimes on the hour every hour and sounds off, example 10 o'clock will chime ten times, does that bring the value up at all?
