Description
Reed and Barton Silver Soldered Pitcher of some kind. its thick and insulated or double walled. the hinge on the lid is bent so the lid will not seat properly. the lip of the spout seems to be misshaped or bent some too.. one dent just to the lower left of the engraved words LAS ENCINAS HOSPITAL. i think it ads character. the base ring has a few dings in it as well.

Hi. I have the same thing but the bottom has 14 on it instead of 84 on it. Does anyone know what the numbers mean? Thanks

It's silverplated utility ware, these were made for commericial and institutional use. Generally they were used for ice water, for value, most sell for lessthan $50.00 .
