purchased as a set during the 76 olympics.  queen elizabeth is on the front and a male and female figure on back.  with 100 dollars beside it.

This would be the 1976 Canada $100 Olympics Gold NGC MS 65 Coin. It goes for auction around 575-600 american dollars. I would suggest either auction or a private coin collector.
