These are some spoons I recently acquired from an estate. I've been told they are silver and fairly old. I know nothing about these marks, so any information would be greatly appreciated.
Yes they are Russian Silver, the "84" mark indicates they are 87.5 pure silver, just a step down from Sterling silver , which is 92.5 % pure silver. This mark post dates 1908. As for value, at auction Russian spoons sell for about $30.00 each.
