Re: Pair of lamps, look European, boy and girl statues

Is there any company markings on the base? If there is felt on the base, quite often the company stamp can be found under the felt.

I found these exact same lamps today. Are they even worth anything? There is not a makers mark under the felt. But Leviton is on where the bulb goes. I am intrigued.

If you look above the base you can see QUARTITE CREATIVE  Corp 1961 on them

Re: Pair of lamps, look European, boy and girl statues

They are most likely Japanese imports, marks like that tend to be that of the import/export firm that contracted for their manufacture. at auction compables often go for less than $150.00 for the pair
