I would consult Thomas Whittmann, looks like an Eickhorn SS Honor Dagger to me. The condition hurts its value but a very sought after piece. I am a novice but if its authenticated could be worth 10's of thousands. Exploring The Dress Daggers and Swords of the German SS by Thomas T. Wittmann is the reference book I have. He is a great guy to get to know regarding German Daggers.
