Description
Hi.
I am looking for any help please with identifying or valuing this harlequin figurine. It has a similar look to the commedia dell'arte figures but after exhausting my searches I have been unable to identify any maker for it so I am also unsure what value it has.
I am hoping perhaps the face of the figure, which is rather distinctive, can be attributed to a known maker; otherwise I know it will probably be a great struggle to identify the maker of this piece.
The figurine is about 5½" in height and in good condition.
Thanks a lot for any help :)
Re: Commedia Dell'arte Style Harlequin Figure / Figurine -...
It looks as though I'm going to have to presume that this figure can't be identified. I certainly can't find anything similar to it, I'm not even sure on the region it was produced.
Thanks anyway to anyone who has looked.
