It's very pretty and in excellent shape.
For the life of me, I CANNOT read what the bottom says! (See last 2 pics)
Is it Thaplis, Thaples, Jhaplis, etc? I just can't figure it out haha!
I can't even figure out what date that says, 1999? 1994? 1899?
I know nothing about this vase.
Is it porcelain?
Do I have this item in the correct catagory?

Looks like it's made of milk glass rather than porcelain, it's hard to tell from the image. Either way it would not have a large value, under $50.00 as a decorative piece.
