Well, I can tell you that "FAM" stands for Franz Anton Mehlem. that they are made some time after 1890 (that's when they introduced "Royal" & 1755 to the stamp) - and before 1920 (when the company was sold to Villeroy & Boch.

Quite a few Mehlem vases were made to order, and therefor not always easy to find comparable items to. 

This was the closest item I could find: https://www.letgo.com/en-us/i/antique-royal-bonn-germany-hand-painted-vase-with-flowers_ec702c75-a306-437a-bf00-ddfb61a6c8f5 - and it was sold for only $35.
