very old satchel/pouch purse

i found this purse at a flea market in pa.  it is a crocheted material with reticulated top and drawstring closure.  the drawstring is a bit frayed.  it has five coiled tassels at the bottom.  there is also what feels like velvet on the purse.  the outside is in excellent condition, but the inside lining has a few rips and holes.
