Y.Z. India brass pieces

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Description

I have some brass pieces that were left to me. Age is approximately 125+ years. Two brass slippers, two brass candle stick bells, two small brass bells, a brass oil pitcher and a little elephant that hangs on the wall. Looks like it was a ceremonial set. I have a picture if that would be of help.

Children's rocking chair

Category
Furniture
Condition
Poor
Description

Hello

A friend left this children's rocking chair with me 12 years ago, she moved out of town.

It was in her family, may have belonged to one of her grandparents, not sure.

It may have been locally made ( I think she was from the Detroit area) and the only marking on it is stamped:

No 148

WAL.

The stamp is large and even looks like white paint.

It is underneath the seat; (0n the bottom)

The seat is in bad shape, torn fabric.

The wood is not particularly thick, so I don't know if it has any value.

I have no idea how old it is.....

Fitz and Floyd Art Nouveau

Category
Art Deco and Art Nouveau
Condition
Mint
Description

I know close to nothing about antiques, my grandmother just gave this to me and told me it was a "Fitz and Floyd" and that it may be worth some money.  I have about 8 cups that look realllly pretty, they have a lady bowing her head and putting her hand to her heart dressed in a flowy gown, it looks almost like a wine glass.  Then I have about 8 salad plates as well of the art nouveau collection (that's what it says on the box).

metal 3 tier hanging light

Category
Art Deco and Art Nouveau
Condition
Fair
Description

This item was found in an old farm house. It is some sort of soft metal, ivy design on it, 3 tiers held together by a chain, 1 socket for a bulb and looks like a globe went with this because there are a few tightening bolts around the socket area. four chains hold it together. The only writing i can find is this... EF.EF IND. INC ...... No. 541X

I am not sure the date this item was made, or what it is called, or who it was made by, or if it is worth anything. I would appreciate any info on this.
