Educational Easel With Scroll

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Condition
Fair
Description

I purchased this item at a garage sale and think I paid $20.  It is very unusual and I'm really not sure what it is.  It seems to be an easel and possibly a desk, as the top can swivel.  The wooden top has a removable panel. The front of the panel is made of wood and the back side of the panel is a chalkboard. Inside there is some kind of educational scroll with a variety of pictures and information. If you can tell me anything about this piece I would really appreciate it. I have tried researching online and have come up empty. Thank you!
