This plate does not have very much description. It is hexagon shaped, it has violet/gold around the edges. It has handles. It appears to be strawberry/raspberry/blackberry plants on it.
i was given a picture frame as a christmas present last year by an antique collecter friend of mine. I am moving and want to know the value. It looks to be Victorian brass plated cast iron frame. it is a little heavy for its 4 x 6 ish frame. there are cherubs, a crest and some weaponry on it . the back is metal with a wiring stand. if researched and found some similiar but the back was not metal at all. the prices i found were from $85-$450 in range.
