This is a double sided lawyer's desk with room for two people to sit across from each other. Aside from some wear and tear on the varnish, it's incredibly solid and in good shape.

The tag inside the drawer said "Derby Desk CO Boston USA" and we found a newspaper cutout from Minneapolis dated 1927, so it's at least that old.

Just looking for what people think would be a fair market price, and whether or not I should refurb before trying to sell.

Pozzoni's complexion powder brass container, the gold puff box.  It is a small brass round  lidded container measures 2.25 inches tall with lid,  app. 1.5 inches without lid and app. 3 inches wide.  It has a beautiful gold looking finish with a lovely design on the box.  It is embossed on the bottom with the words " POZZONI'S COMPLEXION POWDER".  This is the container that Scoville designed in 1894 and sold $50,000 worth to the company after a little smarts on his part.  The company was using a wooden box.  There are a few indentions on the bottom, but I believe they are suppose to be here, they are around the bottom of the outside of the container and seems to be placed there.  My container is old and needs to be cleaned up, but I don't know if I should.  I cannot find anything anywhere on this container, I did find information on the 1912 container, but it is not this one. 

Trying to find out the value of an all metal floor lamp. The stamp on the bottom states, Underwriters Laboratiories Inc. Portable Lamp Issue No. B-3919 E-20773. It holds two bulbs, works. All original. Lamp shade is metal with two little tables that circle the lamp pole.
