Description

Bought this at goodwill store.  Im not for sure what it is made of, possibly alabaster?? The girol dancing someone said was a ballerina, however Im not for sure because of the type of dress she has on.  either way there is black p-ermanent marker written on back that says happy birthday  1985... U.S.S.R.

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Condition
Excellent
Description

I have what appears to be a tea set. A partial tea set. I have 3 of these small bottom dishes/plates that you place the cups on. These are approximately 4" in diameter. I have 1 cup to this set. This cup is a little less than 4" in diameter and stands 1 3/4" high. All of these have writing underneath them which read: " U.S.S.R. M.M 01-06-1937 " All of these pieces have mult-color graphics of all sorts of birds and floral designs which look hand painted. I was given these from my mother who got these from her mother from eastern europe. I would like to know what these are worth? and also if possible..how do I go about selling these safely and more importantly to who? Thanks in advance for any advice or knowledge passed on.

Sheffield Pocket Watch

Category
Watches and Timepieces
Condition
Good
Description

I bought this watch at an auction and have no clue what it's worth. I liked it and figured I'd just turn it into a necklace. It's open faced and keeps time perfectly after I wound it up and set it. It seems to be a clamshell back and I can't get it open so I don't know how many jewels it is. Any help would really be appreciated. I've looked all over the internet but can't find one that looks just like this one.
