Had this picture for about 25 Years.The picture looks uncannily like the top of Goodwood hill near where I live.

It's a spice -tea coffee caddy? Looks like it's been paper mache inside and out

Looks like an old oil painting in a gold frame and inner part of the frame looks aged

The painting itself has held up really well no chips or wear.  There's no glass.   .

Antique settee inherited from grandmother who is in her 90's and she received it from her mother or grandmother jpg

This rocking chair has been in my family since my great grandparents as far as I know.  The only mark on it is a faint eagle etched in the backrest with an "M" in the middle.  I have taken dozens of pictures and the mark is extremely difficult to photograph and hard to see in the picture.

I have not been able to locate any similar made twin bed frames with the unique carvings.  Would appreciate finding out history and value. Thank you.
