beautiful table and very detailed

 I found this at an antique store. I don't know anything about it and can't find any table that has carved trim like this anywhere. 

 Is this light fixture worth anything? I have no idea where to find markings or if there are even any markings.

I am almost positive that the cup and saucer are replicas of royal Vienna china but was wondering if it is still worth anything it is from around the same era and looks hand painted. i know nothing about the earings or the vase they have no marks or stamps the earrings are sterling silver and the vase is plated silver.

I have quite a few pieces in the set.  There are dinner plates, small plates, bowls, serving bowls and cups.

.The detail on the ring is really remarkable.Its hard too see on the pictures but under a magnifine glass  you can see pupils on the eyes and they appear too move with light so i believe the ring was hand carved.The ring has no stamps or markings  inside or outside the ring
