It's a coat that lays over your shoulders. It's made from Fox Fur. I tried it on and it fit me and could probably fit a bigger person, I am an XXL-sz16/18 in women. The coat has no stains, tears, rips, nothing, it is in excellent condition. It has a buckle on the inside to keep the coat closed. There is no name brands or tags, only thing it has is a designer patch or owner patch with the letters E R C or E R G. I can't quite make out the last letter because of the style of text being used.

Wondering what anyone may know and if my chair has any value.

The very back of the head has from being broken, but are unvisible in front and behind monkey costume. He has few little dots on his left cheek, they are not freckles! Otherwise very excellent condition I'd say.
