Sears Console Stereo System

Category
Vintage Electronics
Condition
Good
Description

The stereo works great but the speakers sound only fair because of age.   Internal AM & FM antennas work.  The phono works but is weak and can only handle one record at a time.  Stylus is good and an extra, unused stylus is available.  The exterior finish is in excellent condition!  Internal cabinet finish is in very good condition.  Speaker doors work well.  Original power cord was fixed.

Painted wooden pedestal side / accent table / plant stand

Category
Furniture
Condition
Good
Description

I found this wooden piece at an auction. I am not sure if it was used as an accent table, plant stand, etc.  It is solid wood. Painted fruit design on top. The diameter of the top is only 9" and it only stands approx 18" tall. Lightweight. I am looking for additional information on the time period, use, etc.
