Porcelin lamp with old picture on front has gold handles on sides and gold rings around in four areas. On the back its written Le Grand prix , hand decorated, 22 carat gold.
My son and I found this glass bleach bottle, along with many other items, in the woods next door to my house and we are wondering if anyone knows the history on it?
Old lamp on a brass colored base. It is of a young man and young woman dressed in the 1700's dress. He is sitting on a tree stump and she is holding a basket of roses. It still has the orginal wiring of of 2 separate wires wrapped in fabric braid.
VINTAGE ANCO BILT DRAFTING OR DRAWING TABLE. ALL ADJUSTABLE. THE EMBLEM IS MARKED ANCO BILT GLENDALE 27, NEWYORK. BASE IS MADE OF WALNUT OR OAK. TABLE ITSELF IS PROBABLY MAPLE. TOP HAS SOME SCRATCHING. THE BRACE WORKS FINE. ALL 4 BAKELITE HANDLES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AS IS THE CAST IRON BRACKETS. MOVES UP AND DOWN AND TABLE SWIVELS.ALL WOOD IS IN GREAT CONDITION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SCRATCHING.
This backgammon set is crafted with a lot of detail and is a product of a very skilled artisan. I don't know about the exact period, style and value and would be so happy to learn more.
