This painting was obtained by me by way of a friend. Maiden name is Reynolds so I was hoping the artist could be related. (not) It is a very nice painting it has hung in my bedroom for aprox. 11 years. It has aged and a little dusty but no holes just typical wear and tear.
Not sure if I do want to sell or not but I will entertaine the thought.
This has a lot of ornate etchings all over it. From the Samovar for the little coffee plates they are all etched with a nice floral design. There is a petena on the copper so it seems to be pretty old but it does have an electrical plug at the bottom. The cups are maybe porcelin with gold outlines.
I have a bottle of Bulloch Lade's Old Rarity Blended Scotch Whisky. I've tried to do some research on this and it's odd that it's very hard to find any information on the value of these bottles.
Many websites will pop up asking if you want to find out how much it's sold at auction and they wont tell you unless you pay a fee...
I have have seen pictures of what I believe are more recent bottles of this type of Whisky but I have not seen any of them that have on the case and on the bottle itself say what the one that I have says.
On the Case and on the label on the bottle it states:
"By Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen" with a special symbol or seal.
Also on the bottle blown within the glass it states that "Federal Law forbids Sale or re-use of the bottle".
On one side of the bottle there is a label which states :
"Distilled in Scotland and Bottled in the United Kingdom under Government Supervision"
I'm assuming it's older than most by the look of it and the fact that
There is No Visable Date on the bottle and the label seems to be older than any others I have seen pictures of online.
It is in almost mint condition and unopened.
I would love to get some information and to see what the value of something like this may be worth at auction or to a collector?
