I am very curious of the age and value of this teapot.. I can not match this exactly to another pattern. The closest I have found is the "Summer Rose". The artist's marks and 411 with an up arrow on the bottom have proven hard to identify for me. There is a chip on the base when viewing the teapot handle on the right side.

I have six lithograph of homes of presidents.  They have a International Archives seal and a certificate number of R0 1118 23502 013 0438.  Am interested in selling them as a set or individually. 

Found this old painting in my grandmothers attic...looks like an old dutch family setting any info would be great. signed but very hard to make out  maybe r.c. ranks or p.c. ranks??not sure...
