I have this wolf knife and I also have the same exact one but with bears. They are both kept in a case .The blades are both etched with the animal and the handle is carved out on both sides( 3 D ).
I was given these 2 vases after my mother passed away a few years ago. I dont know where she acquired them. They appear to be either ceramic or porcelain angle wing vases. Someone had written on the bottom of one of the vases: From the Estate of Bishop Matthews. The artist's markings appear to be the letter "D" and Roman numerals "VII" and the numbers 44. There are also stamped numbers that are difficult to read but appear to be "6959" over "35". They stand a little over 21" high and are about 8" wide. One of the vases looks like someone tried to repair it. There is a crack that goes nearly all the way around it and looks like a pin or two was put into the vase along the crack. There is a chip out of the book. I may consider selling these in the future, but for now I am just trying to find out some information on them and what they may be worth. Thank you.
