Item is in good condition except for some minor scratches and a watermark on lid. Inside is in excellent condition. I would like to know if someone could tell the the approx value of this item and/or the approx year made.
I am not sure what the numbers on the bottom mean.

THERE ARE 6 PANELS HELD TOGETHER BY A THIN YET STURDY INTERWOVEN PIECE OF CANVAS TYPE CLOTH. IT HAS A WOOD FRAME WITH SILVER COLORED NAILS AND 2 HAVE SILVER CORNERS AFFIXED TO PANELS. ON ONE SIDE (BACK) IS SOME WRITING IN AN ASIAN DIALECT ON WHAT APPEARS TO BE CONSTRUCTION PAPER. THE FRONT SIDE IS A MATERIAL THAT POSSIBLY IS SILK AND HAS A PAINTING AFFIXED TO EACH PANEL. THE BACK SIDE HAS A TOTAL OF 4 PANELS WITH THE WRITING AND THE OTHER 2 ARE THE CANVAS TYPE OF MATERIAL. 2 OF THESE PANELS HAVE HOLES. THE FRONT SIDE HAS LITTLE DAMALAGE .
