I purchased this from a gentlman who was liquidating his father's estate. The pieces being offered were very high end from paintings to bronzes. He said his father's house was decorated in Asian style.

A gentleman was liquidating his father's estate and sold me this vase. I have the original receipt for what the father paid for it in 1979 from an Antique Store. The receipt states that it is from the Tung Chih era.
