I purchased this from a classified add. It is genuine ivory and probably native African piece. Any ideas on the value? It is a substantial piece of ivory.
This is a African elephant tusk made probably in the 60s and is carved in the figure of a woman. Any ideas on the true retail value? I picked this up at an estate sale.
Shade is crafted with shades of green, with dragonflies of red and white- 20" diameter, cone shape.
Base is a brass tree trunk - 22" high, cluster of 2 with pull chain sockets
I have not been able to find a close match of size and colors online for valuation purposes.
