The belt is made of chocolate brown suede, and the area where there are no notches is covered by a thin metal screen-like material. The inner lining of the belt is not covered with this material. Circling over the entire belt, there are 41 individual metal rectangular pieces with a link pattern. There are 41 studs on the suede area of the belt notches, and ten studs on the suede area of the belt buckle. The tag is on the inner lining between the suede area and the beginning of the metal rectangular pieces, and says Nanni and has made in Italy underneath in all capital letters. Positioning the belt buckle on the left, the other side of the tag reads 70/28 with the numbers stacked on top of each other divided by a line. The end of the belt notch area has "Harrods" with knightsbridge underneath and positioned in between the H and the s of Harrods. Knightsbridge is one word in all capital letters.
I was told this set was created for a royal family, however center has the "Wilder" family crest and unknown if Wilder was in any way a royal one. The pattern (other than the crest in the center) is the "Royal Lily" pattern (#B29) by Royal Worcester. I have nine of these, each has some wear but no repairs or cracks.
