Light Oak , oval table at Lake house condo. 2 leaves and 10 chairs

6 Pieced dinner set, silver trim on outside, with pale green then silver trim on inside then cream in the middle.
6 large plates, 6 entree plates, 6 bowls. 6 side plates, 6 teacups and 6 saucers. Plus matching gravy boat, a meat serving large plate and a vegetable terrine dish with lid.

Would like to know of it's history and value please. :)
