This painting is a small 8 x 10 oil on panel. It has a mother disciplining a child because he broke a ceramic plate. it is believed that it was made by French artist Paul Seignac in the late 1800's.
Grandma put this out every year for Easter. She never throws anything out, so still has the original color box that she bought it in. She's moving out of her home of 60+ years, and wanted us to have this to see "if you can get some money out of it" lol. It's in excellent condition from what I can tell. No cracks, or fractures of any kind.
The Drexel New Travis Court Collection 355-3 mahogany dining table has pedestals with a lyre or harp-like appearance and eight curved legs. Includes 5 leaves (each 14.5"). This tea set was purchased by my uncle for his daughters when he was serving in Korea. The set is in mint condition. There are eight cups/saucers, sugar bowl/lid, creamer, tea pot/lid, and desert plates. The pictures are the best way to see the beauty of this set.
