This chair seems to be hand crafted out of wood. It no longer has the actual cloth seat, but is still in good condition. I can't find the company which constructed the chair, but it is most likely from the 20's.

It's a punch ladle. It's undecorated and very simple.
The marks on the back, from the bowl of the ladle to the top of the handle (From left to right) are:
1) A bust of someone's head. It's facing right. It appears to be in an oval.
2) An uppercase K in a square with rounded off corners. The K has "feet" i.e. serif (like times new roman)
3) This one is the one that keeps throwing me off. It appears to be a large star with 3 smaller stars below it. It could be an eagle or a phoenix with 3 stars or something below it. It's in an oval that gets smaller at the bottom (larger with the large star/bird, smaller with the 3 somethings)
4) A lion in an oval
5) An uppercase TH in an oval. Again, the TH has "Feet" i.e. serif (like times new roman).
