I believe it a 1958 ami rowe jai-200 jukebox.It been in my family since 1973,I used to play it as akid,Last recolection was the power cord is freyed it use to shock me ,then the handle that picked up the record broke.Its been sitting for 22 years.

on this small bottle with the cork still in it, has no liquid inside, but the bottle has SHERROUSE MEDICINE CO. NEW ORLEANS on back side of it. on the side it says ANTICEPTIC on other side it says Dr.TICHENOR'S. The paper label on front says Dr. C.H. Tichnor's anticeptic refigerant for wounds, burns bruises sprains,colic, cramps, diarrhoea, flux, and for colic & butts in horses & mules.
Dose: For adults, teaspoonful in wine glass of water. For For horses 2ozs. in pint of water

I really have no idea what it is. From what I found online it is from between 1890-1904 and a product of the New Amsterdam Silver Co. (Now known as Knickerbocker). It looks to me like a rotating condiment tray. All of the 5 bottles are original. (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and im guessing the other is milk). As you can see from the pictures, it is in good to excellent condition. Any information would be appreciated
