These tea set was acquired by grand grand father in Russia 1872, during the Czar's era. It is made of fine porcelain, very delicate and colorful painted figures all around them. It includes a tea kettle, sugar bowl and plates and cups.
This "vanity" set is white in color w/blue transfer. Searching on net found only one reference to chamber pot only. It sold for undisclosed price at auction in UK several years ago. The item's description is the same as mine, except I have additional pieces. Their description: "Ceramic Victorian chamber pot with light blue and dark blue floral transfer print decoration and a formed shaped handle. Accentuated with gold rims.
