wedgwood "The Prince of Wales Caernarvon 1969" piggy bank

this is a hexagon shaped piggy bank with a metal plug on the bottom....it says "The Prince of Wales Caernarvon 1969" on one side, on opposite it says "Duw Gadwo Tywysog Cymru Caernarfon 1969" ...on opposing sides a red dragon, and on last opposing sides a crown with 3 feathers, and the letters "ICH" and "DIEN".  It's green with all white corners and edges

There are 2 candel holders a lamp, scale and a candy dish with glass hanging and cherubs holding made out of aluminum or steel with brass plating and glass. The only identyfiing marks are letters on the bottom of the candy dish OL&LWMC 1970  9123
