found in attic of a friend of mine who sold it to me when I fell in love with it in 1974, was told it belonged originally to Fay Templeton, an old time actress, my friend said it was given to her great aunt Lucetta Harland Kinsey in 1939, she hated it wrapped it and had it put out of site.
Most of these were produced in France and Belgium during the first quarter of the 20th century, many brought back by troops returning from World War One and tourists during the early 1920's. Values vary widely, sometimes you can't sell them at auction for $50.00 other times $300.00.
