Vintage diamond and Conch necklace

I purchased this at an estate sell. It's a beautiful necklace but I honestly have no clue when it comes to any sorta value. I did some researching online and from my understanding, the white and cream color pieces are Conch. It's heavy and I believe the big piece may be detachable. It is missing one of the white Conch pieces on the center arrangement.
