This item is an oil painting of Man In The Golden Helmet. Reporduced in the 1800s. It is Stretched with hand forged zinc Nails. And it is signed by H. Wolf. In 1998 it was appraised in Mill Creek Washington , $127,000. For our Home insurance policy. I now live in Santa Barbra CA. We would like to have it appraised again, where is the best place.
