The only information I can give you is it's the royal coat of arms for the United Kingdom and it looks like it might be from the mid to late 19th century, though I can't say for sure. Without a closer look it's hard to say more than that. It might be a high-quality souvenir piece or it might be a framed piece of architectural salvage, possibly from a government building, Anglican church or business that recieved a royal warrant. It's lovely though, and I'd definitely recommend taking it to an appraiser for more information.
