vintage craftsman welder

this welder is a 220 volt craftsman 200 amp industrial welder model 133.20120 code b60 range of 20-200 amps. found in my dads garage he said it works (or at least it did back in the day when he used it ) it has been sitting there for many years. any information on or about it would be appreciated, its value and who manufactured it for craftsman ect.
