Your covered vegetable dish is green transferware. It's likely from one of the potteries at Stoke on Trent, England. Because the backstamp includes "England", its origin is after 1891 when the McKinley Tarriff Act of 1890 imposed higher duties on certain imports and required the backstamp to include the county of origin. Later pieces marked "Made in England" designate a piece made after 1914. Your dish is likely from the period 1891-1900. Although transferware is still desireable to many collectors and still a thing of beauty, I believe the discoloration and general condition of your dish would command less than $50.00.
