Based on your images, this chandelier appears to be similar in vintage to the house it was found in. Most like this are 1920's to late 30's European imports, Italy being one of the biggest exporters of chandeliers of this type, very similar examples are still in production. Demand for chandeliers of this type is currently modest, due mainly to downsizing Baby Boomers who have been flooding the market with decorative items, lighting and furniture.
