Estey Pump Organ serial number 367332 circa 1908-1910; missing spindles on the left and right side above keyboard; foot pedals worn; beautiful instrument in good condition; would like to know its value

This ring is my Great Grandmas  its 10k gold 3 center rose garnet small garnets on sides it maybe from the mouring era. The band was repaired a long time ago.Its missing some side stones missing.

I would love this history of that era.

what is it worth?

Found this shelf in my attic covered in dirt. Thought it was a mirror frame with the mirror missing. After hosing it off for a yard sale I discovered this painting underneath the dirt. The item is wooden and hand painted. Any ideas of its worth will be appreciated. It's about 2 feet tall

This is a wooden box, with recessed hinges on 3 sides.  It is lined in green fabric, and when opened, lays flat with sewing maching attachments exposed.  On the top is stamped:  Patented February 19, 1889.
