Villeroy and boch stein brought back from WW1.  1/2 liter decal under glaze

3 Gnomes smoking pipes and 4 smoking a  water pipe

with the words Frinken ohne Rauchen

                        Kann nie mas taugen

Pewter top with thumb lift all in excellent condition.  2140 embossed on bottom 1047 Geschutzt stamped in ink. embossed abbey mark covered by green ink abby mark with made in germany below.

I believe this is a Victorian Claret Jug, made of crystal and silver, the only markings I see on the entire piece are located on two parts of the silver, they read the number 60. Any help you can provide determining the value of this piece would be greatly appreciated.

It is a hand-me-down buffett that belonged to my mother that she gave me.  Do not really know much about it.  Just wondering about when it was made and if it is worth anything.
