vintage Louis Vuitton purse

Category
Vintage Textiles and Clothing
Condition
Good
Description

I think i may have a vintage Louis Vuitton purse. It is a black epi leather and there are no label codes in or on the purse anywhere. I did however read online that Louis Vuitton purses made pre 1980 won't have label codes on them. The purse does not have zippers but a latch the closes to keep the purse closed. The underside of the silver latch has little clovers all over it. I have included some pictures...the pictures aren't great because of the lighting but I can provide more and better quality photos upon request. Please help me!!!

Antique Brass & Stainless Steel Fire Grate, Made in England

Category
Home Furnishings
Condition
Excellent
Description

I have an antique fire grate that I am trying to value.  The fireback is cast iron, with an "aladdin"-type lamp on it.  The rest of this peice is made from brass and stainless steel.  The wings are punched brass and quite ornate.  I do not see a maker's mark, only "Made in England" on the reverse of the fireback, which, oddly enough, is stamped backwards.   It is in absolutely gorgeous condition.

Lincoln Prints

Category
Autographs
Condition
Excellent
Description

I have two prints of Abraham Lincoln.  My grandfather gave them to me.  He said they are very valuable and claimed that one of them was signed by Lincoln.  They are in old, and what I consider ugly frames.  On the back is printed in red, "From the collection of B.F. Stein."

May I send you pictures and see if you are able to appraise them?  I have had them for 50 years now.  If they are worth a lot of money, I would rather sell them to someone who would enjoy them.

Thank you for your consideration.
