I purchased this lamp from a garage sale for $10.00 last week. It's so ugle it's beautiful.  It has holes with all the blue round stones, balls or crystals (not sure) around 100 balls. Looks to have a very old working light bulb. Two prong sideways plug on brown cord. Base and vase looking part are two pieces yet I dont know if they come apart. No marking visible.
