This is a a painting on rice paper. The picture is of a flowering tree with a red and white long tailed bird. There are also speckles of what appear to be some kind of gold scattered over the painting. There is a signature in some pictographic oriental writing with a red stamp of some kind below it.
This a lithograph or print that my parents have had for over fourty years. I may be much older however we cannot be sure since the original ower has been deceased for many years. There is a signature on the bottom right side that I cannot quite make out what it says. The print is of a woman or possibly a school girl carrying flowers and a book of some kind in a victorian era dress. She is walking down a path in the woods. Looking to find out who the artist is as well as an approximate value if possible.
I've got one antique silver spoon dated from 1849. As far as I know the spoon was made as a memorabilia for Gold rush in San Francisco,USA, 1849. Its got the picture of the Panorama of San Francisco and the Santa Barbara Mission building. I'd like to know whether I can sell the spoon or not, and the price. Is there anyonw else who know how to sell the spoon and the price
