11 3/4” x 14” Asian, I feel sure it’s Chinese, a fisbowl. It seems to me it’s hand thrown. It also seems to be hand painted and with some gilding.

I can't find anything about the tapestry. Some of the words translate to Rachel our Mothher.

Inherited yesterday. in family since at least 1950's. Bottom inside lamp base MADE IN ITALY 102/4. Gold stick on lamp says made in Italy.
