This pool cue is in three peices, there are dots with inlaid ceramic or ivory? on the butt end peice, e the cue breaks down in three peices, there is green and white striped (irish linen) threads on second peice. No identifying marks as to who the maker is. There is weights in the threaded area of the peices. I would like to know if anyone can tell me who the possible mfg is? what the white peices are made of and approx what this item is worth. THANK YOU  SO MUCH for your review and appraisals!

Don't know anything about this Picture. Looking to find out. I cannot make out the artist name myseelf I know that it hung in a old hospitial that would be about 100 years old now.

My grandmother had this plate and a few other things in her closet. Is it worth anything?
