I  will need to establish  first of all if the couple of vases are chinese or japanese. Moreover would like to date them and understand what the inscription on the bottom mean. I would be gladful to anyone who could help.

I believe that being a pair has a greater value.

We were cleaning out the attic and found an old sew machine that we think was either my great grandaunt factory during 30's.

This dresser has a large beveled mirror, quarter sawn oak and two beautful claw feet. The top is 24" deep. I am 42 years old and this belonged to my great grandmother... so its at least that old. All hardware is orriginal as is the beveled mirror.  I live in Morgan Hill CA. (Just North of Monterey) and Id like to get at least $350.00.  Let me know if your interested.... Condition is fair to good... just that damage (in picture) on the top right front of lid and missing lock are damaged... the rest is in really good condition.  Thanks for doing this... been looking for a site like this for a long time.
